STABLE RULES

1)    ALL PERSONS who come into contact with horses (riding, leading, etc.) are required to sign a release of liability.
         Rocky Bayou Stables (RBS) is not responsible for any injuries.
2)     ALL PERSONS under the age of 18
MUST WEAR A HELMET when riding on RBS property.
3)     No Child 15 and under is allowed to be dropped off and left unattended for a lesson. 
        A parent or guardian must be on the property for the duration of their child's lesson.
4)     Please put trash in the many trash receptacles provided on the property.
5)     No Smoking is allowed on the property ANYWHERE at ANYTIME.
6)     Boarders and students are responsible for picking up after their horses when they poop in any areas other than
        their stalls or the paddocks & arenas.  When your horse poops in the barn aisle, wash racks, and nay outdoor
        walkways, you must clean it up.  Pitch forks, flat shovels, & large buckets are made available in both barn aisles for
        this purpose.  If your horse pees in the concrete barn aisles, you must cover the area with bedding to soak it up &
        then dispose of it whit flat shovel.
7)     Boarders and students are asked to please NOT leave personal items in the wash racks or on shelves in the barn.
8)     Boarders and students are welcome to use the kitchenette in the lounge.  However, we ask that you clean up after
        yourself & dispose of any left over food.  Do not leave food in refrigerator over night.  Also do not leave food
        unattended on the tables & bar as this is not only unsightly but also draws insects.
9)    All persons must wear shoes (boots are preferable) when on RBS property.  Do NOT allow children to go barefoot. 
10)  All boarders
MUST PAY BOARD ON THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH.  It is late after the 5th & a $25 Late Fee
will be
       charged on all board paid after the 5th.
11)  Barn isles must ALWAYS be clear.  Do not leave items in the barn isle.
12)  NO DOGS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.
