BOARD COST $600 Per Month - INCLUDED WITH BOARDING COST:

- Top quality grain feed (Purina exclusively fed).
- Free choice of coastal hay fed in turnout paddocks.
- 40# Mineral block & white salt block in each stall.
- Automatic watering in every stall.
- Corner feed bucket in every stall.
- Hay rack in every stall.
- Stall equipped with packed clay floor covered with 3/4" thick rubber matting.
- Premier bedding on top of rubber mats.
- Daily turn out.
- Daily stall cleaning.
- Daily Dewormer included in price of board (fed by weight).
- Stall door to interior concrete stable hallway AND stall door to exterior.
- Halter rack on every stall door.
- Collapsible saddle rack on every stall door.
- Blanket rack on every stall door.
- Blanketing at 40^o F and Below.
- Chalk board on every stall door.
- Tack cubby complete with collapsible saddle rack & bridle rack.
- 3 arenas (one is covered & lit, one equipped with Olympic quality jump coarse).
- 2 round pens.
- Cross country course.
- Washer & dryer (in maintenance building).
- Wash rack.
- Air conditioned & heated lounge with kitchenette including microwave & fridge.
- 24/7 Care, Stable Manager lives on property.
